No matter in which industry, the kiln production process is a relatively core part, so this requires us to consider it in the design process of it. There are many factors that need to be considered in the design process. In order to ensure the quality of the equipment, the following kiln company will introduce what needs to be considered in the design process of the equipment.
(1) The product firing temperature required to achieve the designed output. The original pottery was inspired by the ancients who "doubled the strength of the stone after long-term burning." Therefore, no matter how low-grade the kiln is, sufficient heat supply and sufficient equipment length to ensure the firing time of the product are qualified conditions.
(2) The continuous firing equipment is different the batch type, and its products are fired in motion. Therefore, the product will be scrapped during transportation, and should become the second-ranking factor in equipment design.
(3) The operating cost of the kiln. Because successful design can ensure that the above three indicators are affected by the cost of equipment, there is no certain causal relationship between them and the cost of equipment.
(4) Service life and maintenance cycle are one of the factors affected by its cost.
(5) The performance is also affected by its cost, and the differences in operation intensity, product standardization and ease of debugging are determined by the positioning of the equipment.
In summary, in order to ensure the production process of the kiln, the firing temperature of the product, the service life, and the cost of use must be considered in the design. We can only use it in the later stage if we consider all of it carefully, otherwise it will be difficult to deal with problems in the later stage, we need to make preparations in advance, just in case.
